Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy for depression, anxiety disorders (GAD, Panic Disorder, Separation Anxiety, Social Anxiety and OCD) and eating disorders (CBT-E for AN, BN and BED and CBT-AR for ARFID) that is based on the idea that thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected. In CBT, the therapist and client work collaboratively to recognize and challenge unhelpful thoughts, and to develop practical skills to face fears, engage in rewarding activities, and develop healthier coping strategies.

Family-Based Treatment (FBT)
Family-Based Treatment (FBT) — also known as the Maudsley Method — is considered the most effective treatment of choice for early-onset Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa. Rather than viewing from the sidelines, parents are empowered by the therapist to take an active role in their child‘s recovery and are directly involved in restoring their child to health and getting them back on a normal developmental trajectory.
